2004 6.0 powerstroke hot no start
[Archive] 6.0 cranks but will not start!!! 6.0 Powerstroke. Update: I pulled the valve cover to inspect #8 injector and replace dummy plug and stand pipe and I found the injector solenoid screw broke off gone and the injector in two pieces I got it out replaced it but it all back together and it's the same as before crank no start icp all good I might pull the other valve cover tommorow.

Check out some ford forums There was a lot of issues with this sensor it works along with the ipr sensor too So check the ford diesel forums There were a few fixes covered in most ford diesel forums But the sensor your asking about controls fuel pressure By unplugging it the no signal from the sensor thinks its at the correct pressure Since its a fuel related part DOnt drive with it 7 Jul 2009 Here is another no hot start. Discussion Starter • #1 2004 f450 6.0 100k miles truck starts and runs well cold wont restart after running 10 minutes. pulled codes p0284,p02290,p0341 ,p2617p0410 and p0470. to start i have 12.4 volts and 48.5 volts for ficm , 670 rpm, .24 icp and ficm sync. when hot 1cp volts .60 , icp press 335 and ipr 18.8 then I'm working on a 6.0 powerstroke 2004 250 superduty. It won't start hot and long crank period to start cold, I have replaced oil tubes to oil rails , have had all injectors out and checked d ring seal all seem good , I have replaced plug in hpop (earlier problem) , worked great for 3 weeks , now won't start hot, rechecked discharge line at hpop doesn't seem to be a problem , when running DieselTechRon explains the most common scenarios of a ford 6.0 no start using a scangauge x-gauge.
